Return & Exchange Policy

We offer Exchanges with an original receipt within 45 days of the original purchase date. All items must be in the original, unaltered selling condition.
No refunds.
Final sale on custom made pieces where outside pictures and, or designs are supplied by the customer.
A restocking fee in the amount of 25% will be applied, based on managers discretion, on certain custom orders.( ie, custom interlocking wedding bands)

Lifetime Diamond Upgrade Policy

We at Minichiello Jewellers are proud to offer a lifetime Diamond upgrading option. With any loose Diamond we sell, if you would like to increase the size of it over any period of time, we will gladly give you 100% credit for it to put towards your new stone. We only ask that you retain your original receipt and grading documents to take advantage of this unique opportunity.

We also offer this unique service on all Diamond Stud Earrings that are purchased from our store.
