Refund policy

All items purchased in store or online through minichiellojewellers.com are non refundable. You can return items for an exchange or credit note within 30 days of the purchase or delivery date.  This return policy does not apply to lab created diamond purchases - loose or preset in jewellery pieces.  Lab created diamond purchases and any jewellery items purchased on sale are considered a final sale. 

Need to return an item that is eligible for an exchange or credit note?  Here’s how:

Contact us via phone, (604) 685-4439 or email, info@minichiellojewellers.ca to initiate your exchange / credit note.  You may also visit us in store to facilitate your exchange / credit note.  All items must be unworn, in the original condition of purchase, with no engraving, customizations or sizing's performed.
