Orders will be processed usually within 4-6 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Order processing and shipping may take longer during holidays and may also vary depending on item stock and availability.
All merchandise shipped with expedited delivery will be shipped via FedEx or Purolator. These orders will require a signature at the time of delivery. FedEx and Purolator do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.
All merchandise shipped with standard delivery will be shipped via Canada Post, expedited parcel with tracking. These orders will require a signature at the time of delivery unless specified.

IN STORE PICKUPS
We are happy to offer in store pick ups on all purchases. You can select this option at the time of checkout. Upon pick up of your item in store , we will require photo ID and/or the matching credit card. No items can be collected without this identification.
At this time, all items purchased in store or online through minichiellojewellers.com are non refundable. You can, however, return any item purchased in store or online through minichiellojewellers.com for an exchange or credit note within 30 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:

At this time, Minichiello's does not provide free return shipping to international customers. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return items with a reliable and trackable carrier.
Minichiello Jewellers includes a warranty for each piece of jewellery sold under conditions of normal wear and tear for the time period of one year. This time period starts from the date of pick-up from our store or delivery date for an online purchase. If a problem should arise during this one year time period we kindly ask you to bring in the jewellery item, along with the bill of sale, for our inspection. With our extensive knowledge and experience in the jewellery industry, Minichiello Jewellers reserves the right to determine whether the condition of the jewellery piece falls under our warranty guidelines.
If it is found that the issue falls under our warranty, we will gladly repair the item or replace any small stones at no charge. If the issue falls outside of what is considered normal wear and tear for jewellery or is outside of the one year time period, we will repair or replace at the fairest and reasonable price possible.
Please note, this warranty excludes the centre diamond(s) or centre gemstone(s) of an engagement ring or right-hand ring. While diamonds are considered to be the hardest known natural material, they can be susceptible to chipping or breakage when struck at just the right angle or position. In these unforeseen cases, Minichiello Jewellers recommends having your piece of jewellery insured and scheduled with your local insurance provider.
DIAMOND UPGRADE POLICY
Minichiello Jewellers is proud to offer our lifetime, diamond upgrade policy on loose diamond* and/or diamond stud earring* purchases in store or online through minichiellojewellers.com. We will gladly issue you a credit for the original purchase amount of the loose diamond or pair of diamond stud earrings and you can use that toward your upgrade. To help facilitate this exciting opportunity, we require the original bill of sale and an inspection of the diamond or diamond stud earrings being upgraded.

*The diamond upgrade policy only applies to loose diamonds and diamond stud earrings that fall inside our strict diamond quality guidelines. Any purchases that fall outside of our quality guidelines are not eligible for upgrade.
